SpringfieldNet is up and running. Complete WIFI Coverage is now available in Springfield MI.

We are waiting on Consumers Energy to complete the power hookup on a couple of the remaining towers and have a few programming changes but we have now have very good coverage of Springfield. It's a well engineered network that is ultra reliable.

ACD.net Announces In-House Fiber Engineering Department
ACD.net owns and maintains hundreds of route miles of fiber in Michigan communities. The metro fiber connects our statewide network to give businesses, institutions, and other telecommunication carriers access to ACD's high bandwidth and redundant backbone, ACD's MPLS network, and ACD.net's telephone services.

Our network grows every month! “We have many fiber construction projects underway including the addition of the Battle Creek area to our network. It will join our Battle Creek/Springfield Wireless Metropolitan project to our network and add redundancy to our Southwest Michigan pathways.” says Kevin Schoen, CEO.

We now have in house full fiber engineering and project management capabilities which will provide better control of fiber projects, and result in lower overall costs of deployement, and increase speed of construction.
